I’m Jake - Minneapolis bases film photographer shooting exclusively on 35mm. I got a camera in high school as a gift, and got hooked.

I’d like to focus my work on weddings, big or small, courthouse ceremonies are great on 35mm. Along with beautiful confidence building boudoir sessions. My approach is raw storytelling. No heavy over editing and nothing fake. Just an honest images shot on film.

Outside photography, I am a hockey dad, married to my high school sweetheart, addicted to road trips with my family or solo motorcycle rides, and always spoiling the dogs. I still shoot landscapes and travel photos for fun, which will show up as digital prints from time to time.
